Temple Bar opens

The long awaited Temple Bar is now open! This Tuesday (Nov. 29th) there will be an “Open House”, 7.00 pm onward for beer tasting, wine tasting, complimentary hors d’oeuvres. Nigel and Terry, both former CRU members, invite all Crusader members, supporters and friends to come out as visit the pub.  

The 2016 U15/16-boys season comes to an end “in-style” – with a win at the Rugby-Ontario 7’s Championship

In the cool and dewy morning-conditions of November 5th, the Crusaders U16-7’s-team were not at their “best” for their opening game vs Toronto-Nomads. Several ball-handling errors and players becoming isolated, allowed the Nomads team to capitalize, with some well-worked opportunistic scores. U16 Boys are crowned TRU-7’s Champions

A cold and damp day at Fletcher’s was insufficient to quell the Crusaders U16-boys enthusiasm for the abridged format of the game.  The third weekend of the 3-week series, saw Crusaders finish in #1-spot in the pool stage, with comprehensive wins over Toronto-Scottish, Mississauga-Blues and Oshawa-Vikings – to make it a “perfect” total of 11-wins…
