CRUSADERS OFF-SEASON TRAINING

Develop your power, strength, & speed with Certified Strength & Conditioning Coaches at a leading high performance facility.

  • Train with teammates in sessions reserved EXCLUSIVELY for Crusaders athletes (16 athletes per hour).
  • App-based programming, progress tracking, resource sharing, and communication.
  • Pre- and post-program fitness testing measures your results.
  • Commit to 1, 2, or 3 sessions a week for the duration of the program ($15+HST/session).

Flexible scheduling options:
Mon. 8 to 9 p.m. – Weds. 7-8 p.m. – Weds. 8-9 p.m. – Thurs. 8-9 p.m. – Sat. 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
