Clubhouse Rentals

We welcome the use of the club facilities by members, non-members, group and the public. The facility is ideal for casual private functions and group/corporate events. In combination with a field rental or the use of outdoor areas, the club is a fantastic spot to allow families and groups to enjoying themselves in park-like, private setting.

The Crusaders clubhouse is located at 2214 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON.

  • The clubhouse can accommodate 110 people. (There is limited access to the facilities for persons with disabilities).
  • The grounds surrounding the clubhouse (circa 4 acres) are licensed and can additionally be used by prior agreement.
  • Fully licensed bar facilities and bar staff will be arranged. Last call is 1:30 am.
  • Limited kitchen facilities (residential range).
  • 2 gas barbecues on an outdoor gazebo/deck.
  • Beer garden/picnic area.
  • No outside alcohol may be brought onto the premises.

Evening Rental Rates (Clubhouse inside area only) (6pm -):

  • Life Members    No Charge
  • Members            $200 plus HST
  • Non-Members   $500 plus HST
  • A refundable $300 cleaning deposit will be required for all clubhouse rentals.

Outdoor areas: Please let us know if you intend to use the outdoor area surrounding the clubhouse – rates will vary based on event size and requirements.

Large Events: If you’re looking for a large event space for 200+ people, please contact us directly to discuss how we can accommodate. We can offer spaces for tents, bar service and more.

Day or Hourly Rates: Please contact us if you are looking for something other than an evening rental to discuss how we can accommodate.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and pay for the booking before your booking is confirmed.
