Field Rentals

The club has 3 full-size rugby fields in Oakville, ON (soccer dimensions) available for rental. Fields can be rented by the hour (minimum 2 hours) or by the day. In addition, changerooms/showers and the clubhouse can be made available.

Field Rental Rates:

  • Field Rental during club opening hours:
    • Hourly: $100/field/hour (minimum 2 hours)
    • Daily: $550/field/day (6-8 hours)
    • Changeroom/shower usage: add $20/hr for length of rental
  • Field Rental off-hours (hosted):
    • Hourly: $125/field/hour (minimum 2 hours)
    • Daily: $675/field/day (6-8 hours)
    • Changeroom/shower usage: add $20/hr for length of rental
  • Clubhouse Rental Rates (including video/audio, kitchen access):
    • $60/hr if booked in addition to a field rental
    • $100/hr (minimum 2 hours) if a standalone booking by a community sports group without a field rental

The clubhouse bar may be opened on request and agreement,  and may be subject to additional fees/minimums.

Off-hours rentals include a club host for the duration of the booking.

One field has a lighting option – $45/hr.
