- Registering as a club member allows individuals to participate in our spring/summer season (early May to early September, varies by age group)
- Rugby Canada insurance is included from the date of registration through April 30, 2027.
- Additional fees may apply to participate in optional autumn programming, summer camps, offseason/winter programming and clinics offered throughout the year.

- Players of all ages are expected to purchase club shorts ($38-$59) and socks ($20) from our online shop.

Touch Rugby Membership: Mens & Ladies
- Mens and Womens Touch Crusaders Rugby Club offers casual/social touch rugby for men and women.
- Both groups play on Tuesday evenings (6:30-8pm) from mid-May through the end of August and welcome members of all abilities to join in.
Touch Rugby Membership: Touch League
- Crusaders Rugby Club offers more competitive touch rugby in a league format playing 6-down touch.
- The Touch League runs on Tuesday evenings (8pm) from June 1 through the end of August.
Summer Camps, Offseason, Clinics and other programming
- Registration for our Summer Camps (ages 4-15, week-long camps in July & August), Offseason (ages 12-18) programming, Clinics and other programming is available on our club shop
Social & Alumni Memberships
- Social and Alumni Memberships are valid from the date of purchase for a year and auto-renew annually.
- Social and Alumni members may participate in non-contact sports activities.

- Requests for refunds may be submitted to secretary@crusadersrugby.ca within 15 days of purchase.

Volunteer Bond
The club is volunteer-run and there’s an expectation that members will chip in to help operate the club. To that end, the club has introduced a per-player $100 volunteer bond.
The $100 volunteer bond is refundable when the player/family participates in 8 hours of volunteer activities per playing member. Multiplayer families will pay the bond per player but with for 2 players: 12 hour are required, 3 players: 16 hours are required, 4 players: 20 hours are required, 5 players: 24 hours are required.
Head coaches, nominated assistant coaches and board members and their families are exempted from the bond hours requirement, however the bond will be collected at the point of registration and refunded.

Installment Payment Option
You can elect to pay in monthly installments from the date you register until the final payment is due on July 31. Note that 75% of the club portion of your dues (not Rugby Canada dues or Rugby Ontario dues – they need the money quickly, apparently). This will result in a larger initial installment and roughly 50% of the total dues being spread over the monthly installments. The earlier you register, the more (and smaller value) monthly installments you will need to make.
Family Member Discount
A 10% discount is automatically applied for subsequent player registrations made by the same account holder, in effect offering a 10% discount on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc players within the same family.
Capital Fund Levy
The Club needs to increase our existing Capital Fund, specifically to support the replacement of our Clubhouse within the next 7-10 years.
The current Capital Fund balance of $189,000 will be augmented by future annual operating surpluses, and continuing in 2025, by a Capital Fund levy on all memberships.
