Our Mens and Ladies Touch programs play on Tuesday evenings (6:30-8pm) from mid-May through the end of August and welcome members of all abilities to join in. It’s casual, great fun, great exercise and a fantastic way to get into or stay playing rugby. Both groups are comprised on fathers, mothers, alumni, current senior players, coaches, board members, volunteers, social members, ex-players and committed to being fun for all.

The Over-50s/Masters “Fossils” team plays more occasionally against other over-50 touch teams from other clubs.

Our more competitive Touch League runs on Tuesday night from 8pm June-September.

The Tuesday night sessions are usually followed by lively socials and, occasionally, dinners in the clubhouse and we welcome family and friends!

Over-50s/Masters Touch Rugby – Return of THE FOSSILS

For the Over-50s:

The Fossils are rumbling back to life! That’s right — our fearless Crusaders Alumni touch squad is lacing up (orthotics optional) for another glorious chapter of sideline sizzle and silver-fox finesse. Ideally, we will play any club who has a similar team, matching Over 50-55-60 to keep things fair and competitive. We’ve got our eyes on a June showdown with The Beach (more info below) and a late-summer clash with our pals in Burlington. Ready to dust off the boots (horrible Fossil pun intended) and show ’em how it’s done?

Get in touch with Dave Mastel at fossils@crusadersrugby.ca if you’re interested in some over-50 touch rugby!
